If you have an account with shop.iambornfree.com, you can log in and view order status under “Orders”. If you checked out as a guest, you can email us at help@iambornfree.com and we’d be happy to provide you an update.
Depending on the status of your order, we may not be able to cancel it.
Please contact us immediately at help@iambornfree.com and we will help you the best we can. If we are unable to cancel your order, we can always walk you through our easy returns process.
To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the items you would like to exchange and then contact Customer Support by email help@iambornfree.com
Once an order has been placed, no changes can be made. This includes: adding a new item, changing a colour or size, or changing the billing or shipping address. We apologise for any inconvenience.
