I am Born Free
Together, We Are Stronger
I AM BORN FREE, I am not a Person, I am a living man/woman governed only by Natural Law (Law of the land, Common Law) and not of the sea (Law of the sea, Maritime law).
Maritime law only applies to “People/Persons” who consent to them, of which I am not and do not consent to. I am a living man. The term “persons” were illegally bestowed upon us at birth without our knowledge or consent hence committing fraud against us and forming corporations with our legal fiction of which I am not. I am a living man
Maritime laws consist of Acts, Statues & Civil matters which are rules created by man to govern society but are only enforceable to those who consent to them. In other words, maritime laws have no jurisdiction over you without your consent.
According to Blacks Dictionary, a Statute is a legislative rule of society given the force of Law only by those who consent to it.
As a Free Man/Woman, I am entitled to live freely in peace and harmony so long as I abide by the following Laws of the land, Common Law:
