challenged or refused service for not wearing a face covering or a mask.

They are obligated by law to respect your freedom of choice and data protection.

Ask them to scan the QR Code which will take them directly to the official government website stating the laws as printed on the card.

Learn and familiarise yourself with the contents. Simply recite it or hand the card over to anyone attempting to harass you,

they will be held personally accountable for crimes against you for violating your rights as stipulated on the card and upheld by law.

If a business providing a public service denies you entry or service for not wearing a face covering,

they are in violation of sections 29 and 112 of the Equality Act 2010 and thus committing a crime.

The person or persons enforcing such discriminatory acts will be held personally accountable for their crimes and

could subsequently face heavy fines of up to £5,000 and also compensation fees of up to £9,000 for violation of Section 119 of the Equality Act 2010.
